couples and relationship counceling
With over a decade of experience in relationship counselling, I trained and worked with Relate for four years, gaining extensive experience supporting couples through a wide range of challenges. I now work independently, tailoring counselling to your unique relationship and circumstances. I offer a confidential, safe space where you can both feel heard, understood and accepted. Together, we can explore difficulties such as affairs, communication, trust, bereavement, new parenthood and external pressures. I provide practical tools and resources to help you work towards the outcomes you want. Relationships can be complicated, and asking for help can feel difficult, but you are not alone.
Indervidual counceling
We all need a safe space to talk when life becomes complicated. Counselling offers the opportunity to explore life’s challenges in a confidential, supportive environment. My integrative training draws from humanistic and person-centred approaches, and I continue to develop my practice through ongoing study. I have experience supporting people with trauma, abuse, bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, neurodiversity and grief. With a background in midwifery and women’s advocacy, I also have experience supporting infertility, traumatic birth and postnatal difficulties. Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor the pace and approach of our work to your individual needs, experiences and goals.
